6 ways to start the week like a pro

Is Sunday night. You’re laying on the bed thinking “Oh no, tomorrow is Monday. A whole new week before Friday night is about to crumble on my shoulders”.

Here’s a few simple steps to make your Monday blues easier.

 

1. On Sunday night , sleep 6-8 hours
